Renew and restore is a yoga class for all levels that focuses on restorative asanas (poses), breath work and meditation. The perfect way to start your week! WHAT YOU'LL NEED: a yoga mat, comfy clothes, and any extra layers for the winter months.

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to cancel your booking or reach out to the appropriate people at least 3hrs. prior to the start time of the class you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. In the case of emergencies, please communicate with Amarah staff via phone or website chat as soon as possible.
