Zen + Connect for Teens

This class is an opportunity for teens and their families/friends to unwind, connect, and reclaim a sense of self. This class combines mindful movement and grounding exercises to foster connection, resilience, and personal growth. Teens are encouraged to explore and reclaim their inner power in a supportive setting, creating an empowering journey of well-being for teens aged 12-18 and their family.

Adults can register using their membership or class pass and bring up to 2 teens. Any additional teen will be $5 at the door.
